The moment the emergency line connects, an AI agent transcribes in real time, and the dispatch form reacts as the words are spoken. Complaint, address, caller: each suggestion pops in the instant the caller says it. This is the actual behavior, looping below.

While the caller is still talking, the dispatcher's screen is already complete: complaint, observations, address, apartment, caller. One confirmation on the pre-highlighted address, and the call is out the door: keyboard-first, no mouse, no re-typing.

Clients never touch the database directly. Every read passes through an authorizing server; private realtime channels carry IDs only.

Server-side redaction

Without explicit permission, every digit is masked and phone numbers, transcripts and audio never leave the server. Engineered, not configured.
