Delete your account — Hatzala SP & Hatzala RJ
This page is the official account deletion request channel for the mobile apps Hatzala SP, Hatzala SP Veículo, Hatzala RJ and Hatzala RJ Veículo, published on Google Play and the App Store by the developer Hatzalá São Paulo. The apps run on the H18 Platform, operated for Hatzalá São Paulo.
Use it to request deletion of your account in these apps and of the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion of your account
- Select below which app your account belongs to (Hatzala SP or Hatzala RJ).
- Fill in the email address you use to sign in to that app.
- Optionally tell us your name and a reason — it helps us find the right account.
- Press Send request.
- Hatzalá São Paulo confirms the request by email and, once your identity is confirmed, deletes the account.
We received your request
Your account deletion request was received and will be processed. We will contact you at the email address you provided to confirm the request and let you know when the deletion is complete.

What is deleted and what is kept

| Emergency/incident records the volunteer took part in, and clinical records | Kept by Hatzalá São Paulo, with the personal identifiers of the deleted account removed where the law allows. These are medical and emergency-response records that the organization is legally required to retain. |

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Records that the organization must keep by law are retained for the period required by the applicable local regulation and are not used for any other purpose.
Note for volunteers
Accounts in Hatzala SP and Hatzala RJ are created and managed by Hatzalá São Paulo. Deleting your account removes your access to the app and to dispatch; the organization is notified so it can adjust its rosters.
Who processes the request
Hatzalá São Paulo, developer of the Hatzala SP and Hatzala RJ apps on Google Play, is the controller of this data and processes deletion requests submitted through this page. Contact: privacy@h18.ai.
